TERMS OF SERVICE:
1.) A deposit is due upfront before I begin working on your piece. Too many times have I gotten half-way finished with a piece of artwork, and someone either does not have the money for its completion, or cancels the art piece. This is a non-refundable deposit to ensure that you get a piece of artwork from me, and serves as incentive for both of us to uphold our end of the business agreement. Full payment is due when the artwork is complete. If you fail to pay for the art piece, I will hold the completed piece and reserve the right to hold onto your deposit for compensation.
2.) ATTN: There are some things I REFUSE to draw! Under-aged pornography (pedophilia) and gross fetishes (scat/watersports/vore) are parts of these. While I will draw blood and some gore, I will not draw a half-severed head filled with maggots, or anything of that sort. I also will not draw hyper characters (muscle/fat/genitals), because I like to keep things to an anatomy that is logical for a character's relative size. While I will draw smut, I draw the line at some things. If you have any questions regarding some form of controversial artwork you wish for me to draw, and I have not mentioned it here, please feel free to ask me via notes. I will be happy to answer any questions.
3.) Only ONE re-draw per commission. In other words, if there is something you dislike about the artwork that I am working on, please let me know while I am working on it so the problem can be addressed immediately. Once I have colored something completely - if the commissioner has not alerted me of any problems or concerns - I will only re-color or re-draw it ONCE. After that, I reserve the right to either stop the commission, or request further payment per hour spent fixing the issue. A great way to avoid this is to send me plenty of references and detail of your character(s) in the commission form, or watch me while I stream your artwork so that you can give me live feedback.
4.) ASK PERMISSION to sell my artwork/character designs! If you are selling the entire design for the character I have drawn for you, then it is acceptable to sell without asking my permission. But PLEASE let me know, so that I can re-label the artwork in its description appropriately. The new owner of the character/design may wish to contact me again in the future, or may have questions about the design if I helped you create your character (this has happened). It's just common courtesy.
5.) Using my artwork without my permission is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Taking any piece of artwork within my gallery - be it a personal piece, a commission, or a gift, and tracing over it or re-purposing it for something else is THEFT and will not be tolerated. I encourage any of my loyal watchers to keep a look out for anyone that may be doing this, or have done it, and please report them to me and RPRepository staff members. It is unfair and cruel for anyone to be doing this to artists, like myself, who put time and effort into their artwork, only for someone else to come along and claim the creative rights to the piece. Especially to those who have paid for the artwork, and turn around to find someone else using it for free.
6.) Please, be patient. Understand and know that I am a disabled artist, and I may have periods where I will not draw for several days or several weeks. You may ask me about progress on your art piece, but if I have posted a journal announcing my current health status, please be respectful and patient. I've not forgotten you, that is what my list on my profile page is for. Likewise, if your commissions IS NOT listed on my profile page, PLEASE let me know. I might have forgotten to list you, and thus I may not get to your commission when available. You may ask how I am doing, or request to see progress screenshots if I've only completed a small amount and you've yet to see. However, I must ask that you do not pressure me. One of my disabilities is severe social anxiety, and constant pressure will DELAY progress even further. This is not a threat, it is merely something I have noticed over a period of time being a commission artist. Words of comfort and encouragement are always welcome and even can improve my mental status.
7.) NO REFUNDS. Due to the above statement, I must inform that refunds are currently unavailable. You must be 100% certain you wish to invest the time and money into my work before proceeding, as my health and financial status prohibits me from issuing refunds (i.e. bills, medical emergencies, medicine, etc.). If you wish to discuss with me payment options, you may do so. But a deposit will still be required before I begin on your commission.
