Sivwikkas is a young isswas freshly graduated from a prestigious school for spacefaring helmspeople, engineers, scientists, doctors, and navigators. They are very skilled, a little awkward socially, and desperate to make friends and impress superiors. They're competent at engineering, software development and maintenance, and navigation (whichever the RP calls for will be their focus). They're in search of employment on an interstellar vessel.
It's been a long time since I've hosted any sci-fi RPs, so I'm mostly interested in finding an already established sci-fi group to join, but if people are interested I'm sure we can come up with something new together.

- crew on a spaceship
- settings similar to Star Trek (potentially an actual Star Trek canon setting, provided I can have my own original species)
- adventure
- building friendships
I'm NOT looking for ...
- post-apoc
- settings similar to WH40k
- grimdark (some "seedy underbelly" elements can be involved, but I'm not so much interested in Wikkas being trapped on a dog-eat-dog prison planet, for example)
- fantasy/magic (other than the usual sci-fi babble like telepathy)

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (faster than light)
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
