Rowen entered the Foster Care system in 2007 at age 13, with her older brother Axel. I'm looking to flesh out more of those details in her life. Is anyone willing to RP a Foster family with me?

Second family is in 2008, in Louisiana. Age: 14
Third family is in 2009, in California. Age: 15
Fourth family is in 2010, in California. Age: 16
After Rowen turns 17, she and Axel run away from the last family and spend some time in homeless youth centers and the like.
The Moore siblings were placed into the Foster system due to abuse and neglect from their birth parents, who are heavy drug users. The kids are rebellious, trouble-making and hard to handle, which is why they'd been passed along so many times through the families over the small handful of years.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
