Right now, the entire first page of my "subscribed topics" link is a list of individual replies - all to the same topic. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a page where we can go to quickly see all of our subscribed topics at a glance.
Now that PMs have changed in to conversations, I was wondering if it might be possible to implement a similar system for subscribed topics. Failing that, it might be more useful to simply list the topics, with "x replies since your last post" next to each one, or something similar.

Are you talking about the notifications, or something else?

There should be two activity feeds. Social, for notifications about everything your friends are doing, news, etc, and subscribed, which is just for your subscribed topics. Using the exact same coding as the activity feed now (sorted by most recent activity, collapsing multiple replies to the same topic in to one message) would be enough, and a perfect solution.
I think this page could use an update as well. I think there's a specific reason Kim had it setup this way, but I can't recall it.
Right now I NEVER use the Subscribed topics page because it's so cluttered and unorganized. There's no point in using it for me because, with things like my knitting thread, when the amount of replies is large it takes up a whole page of its own, wasting space.

Yes, this. Ditto. Trying to remember why we changed it to work the way it does now.
