Hey all! I'm looking for any character who is based off of a video game franchise, preferably one that has Online vs or Multi-player as significant features. Basically, if your character comes from a game where you can play it online with other people, it qualifies. You would be playing with Jerry Jay, my cheerful Pokemon trainer!
That's the basic requirements! And here are some plot ideas!
1. Conquering the Super Server: There is a new Super Server that allows all of these characters from different games to finally coexist, but there are many from several well-known factions that wish to use this chance to enforce dominance over others, and it's up to us to stop them (alternatively, your character could be one of them and have to fight against Jerry!)
2. Stranded in a Glitching World: Server Cross-Paths allow characters from one game to slip into the world of other games, and Jerry slips into yours. But when the world starts to glitch out, Jerry finds himself stranded in a world on the edge of collapse, and you must team up to get to the root of the problem (alternatively, you could slip into Jerry's world and the same thing could happen but with roles revered)
3. Invasion of the CPUs: The unplayable bad guys and mobs from various games are invading, and it's up to every able-bodied character around to stand up against them. Take up arms to defend your home from a common enemy!
Romance is a possibility in each scenario, but keep in mind that Jerry is heterosexual, and I do apply the Fade-To-Black rule. That being said, STEP RIGHT UP AND JOIN THE FUN!!

Well, Wonder-Gamer is from the game The Wonderful 101, having co-op multiplayer as one of its main features. Would he work?
Absolutely, but you will have to explain to me how he works, and all mechanics involved in any game will be adjusted so they fit an open-world environment with action-based combat (or related actions).
In The Wonderful 101, players use a group of their own team to create different types of Unite Morphs (as explained in the profile). The larger the Unite Morph, the more powerful it is. However, since there are insufficient people for Wonder, I have decided to use microbots to use these Unite Morphs.

As for character... I was thinking Lucario from Smash or Pokken, or even my own trainer if not an OC made in an mmo I play.

I would like to keep them as close to being OCs as possible. I made allowances for one guy, but that's about it.
The way I see this working is that, if you wanted to be Lucario from one of those games, you would have your own handle and personal identity. Ideally, they would not be the character "Lucario," but someone who would use them. That shouldn't be a problem for a Pokken Lucario since you could be a person who sinergizes with your Lucario.
Another example is my character Leo. Yes, he is his own person and weapons loadout, but he's also the Scout class from TF2. Something like that, a character based on a video game thing that has online play.

I wouldn't mind joining that! And you reminded me I can also use an old scout OC I never used years ago lol. I think I might like that more than the other things I mentioned, especially since the rest can be used in other things. Thanks!
