So. I want to set a roleplay in the fictional city of By-Kamo, a town where a deadly disease known as the Echo Virus was created. Basically, the area of play is a dystopian-esque city where anyone you happen to meet might become a demonic monster. The town is full of narrow streets, decorated with lanterns of all colours. The main places of business would be the Pub, an apartment complex, the Streets, the Hospital and soon to be added areas. I am aware I may not be that clear on what I'm saying, so feel free to ask questions.
