One of my characters has two big secrets: First, they are a werewolf. Second, they're actually a woman disguised as a man. My character tries very, very hard to keep both of those things a secret, and has done so for years. Other characters simply wouldn't know these things, yet at the same time they're huge aspects of my character. What should I do?
Have them mentioned on the profile, but also mention that your character keeps those two aspects a very closely guarded secret and that most characters wouldn't know that about them.
Alternatively, you can use spoiler tags to hide info you want to put on the profile but don't want others to know. If someone chooses to know the secret OOCly, they will have the option to, while it is hidden from others who (you) don't wish to know.

It allows you to place what you want people to see down, while hiding the information you want to be a secret within it. It's also very handy for compacting chunks of information in a section to minimalize scrolling down.
I use it on Vardr's profile.
