Angel tilted her head, "how...?" She asked, just like Cooro. She couldn't see how it could he less scary.

"Maybe we could get noise cancelling head phones for you?" Myandra suggested.

Angel looked down, "I don't know when thunder will come.." she said. She didn't want t be deaf all the time..or stleadt that's how she saw it,

"Oh." Myandra lowered her head as well. Cooro smiled and hugged Angel tightly. "Well then I'll make sure that I'm here to keep you safe from the thunder." He said happily.

Angel looked up at big brother Cooro, a small smile formed on her face. Though she looked down and it faded a bit, "why don't Cooro-Cooro not scared of thunder?" She asked..

Cooro smiled and sat down next to her with his wings still out. "Because I'm your big brother. I'm here to make sure you don't get scared so I can't be scared." He said.

Angel tilted her head slightly, looking at him, almost as if she was a child attending story time.
"How Cooro so brave?" She asked quietly. How did he overcome not being scared of it..

"Um...... I don't know." Cooro admitted. In all honesty he had never been scared of thunder but he didn't want Angel to feel like she was alone.

Angel looked down, she was quiet a moment before looking up a Cooro, "Angel went to be brave like Cooro" she said. ...it may be impossible now, but in time, she may get over her fear f thunder.

During their whole conversation, Destiny just anonymously eavedropped.

Cooro shrugged. "Maybe one day you will be. But for now, let me protect you from things your afraid of." He offered, obviously willing to.

Despite how bad she wanted to act brave like Cooro, she couldn't deny that she would fail to accomplish doing s for now. She nodded an okay, "okay... Cooro-Cooro.." she said quietly.

Cooro removed his wings from around them and they rested at the usual spot on his back. When he looked around, he saw that most of the adults were carrying on their own conversations so they hadn't noticed the conversation that had just gone on.

Most of the adults may not have noticed the conversation that had just gone on between cooro, myandra, and angel. However Destiny had, despite the fact it was none of her concern. She seemed deep in thought about something now though. Just, starring down at a cup that had a little bit of hot chocolate left in it. Angel quietly yawned.

Cooro yawned as well. It had been sort of a long day for them all and while he did have fun he was tired. Myandra saw that Destiny seemed to be thinking and she walked over to her. "What are you thinking about, Destiny?" She asked in an innocent voice.

Angel looked down, sleepy.

Destiny snapped out of her deep thought. Recognizing the voice she said, "oh, just, boring stuff" she lied so she wohkdnt have to explain..or tell.

"Like what?" Myandra asked, not willing to give up that easily. She really wanted to know what was on her new friends mind and wasn't about to not find out what it was.

"Nothing interesting" she said, not going to tell her anytime soon. She wasent being mean, completely, she just didn't want Myandra to know her thoughts. The last couple times she had expressed her thoughts to somebody the tattled, and she got in trouble.

"Okay." Myandra moped and lowered her head, then walked back over to the others and yawned. "I'm tired." She announced to them.

Destiny quietly sighed, so quietly it would take somebody with super hearing to hear.


Angel had her head in her lap, already starting to accidentally fall asleep.

Cooro looked at Angel and saw her nearly fall asleep. "Maybe it's time for us to go to bed." He suggested, openeing the door out into the hallway. Myandra followed him to the door and was the first to walk through it.
