It's the 1880s amongst the grassy plains. While strolling through town, Y/N comes across a wanted poster with a mere reward of 20 dollars. The poster also read, "Note: The lad is pretty easy to catch and isn't much of a threat."

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Industrial revolution
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
