Hello! For those who do not know, BPD stands for Borderline Personality Disorder, and ASD stands for Autism Spectrum Dissorder. I've lived a lot of my life aware that I had these two things, since I was around maybe twelve. Even then, I'm still working on getting diagnosis eventually. It's pretty difficult to find reliable people for being diagnosed and it's rather expensive. And don't worry, I didn't just see some tik tok videos and think I had BPD and ASD haha. I've been doing extensive research for years on these topics and I'm very sure I've got them.
