A corporation that is controlled by the government to help mankind and produce military weapons goes corrupt, it started small, capturing criminals to gain information on terrorism attacks. But to test the effects of stuff on humans they need expendables, not just criminals.. After being suspected of being part of a rebel group against the corporation to bring them down, A homeless civilian (OC) is brought in and submitted for questioning and torture to gain info. And after being put to be neutralized, is suddenly saved by a member of the rebel group (OC) after being fatally wounded.
