“Cafe Robina serves the best most authentic rice and beans north of Havana. Make sure you stop in for coffee if you're in the area.”

Hiya! D.C. here with Café Robina from Vice City! Everyone is, of course, welcomed in the café even if they aren't from Vice City or GTA. On that note, this is a low pressure roleplay — perfect for simple interaction between characters. I do have some rules for the cafe;
• Keep PG-13 and follow the RPR guidelines.
• Keep the violence and fights to a minimum.
• Feel free to use NPCs or have your characters work at the café to keep the roleplay flowing.
• Have fun!
Walking into Café Robina, you are greeted by a diner-like set up with beige booths, wooden tables, green ceiling lights, and red chrome lined stools at the countertop which you have a direct view of the kitchen. There are coat racks at each booth to hang up your coats and hats. The owner's son and the leader of the Cuban street gang, Umberto Robina, often spends time in the café.

((Correct! Vice City is set in the 80s. This is more of an flexible interpretation for a more simpler roleplay.))
