Since I have worked for my local Target for at least a year, I thought it would be neat to answer some questions about what I do as a Front of Store (Cart Attendant).
Can you tell us a bit about your most memorable shift?
My most memorable shift was when a fight broke out in the parking lot, from what I remember the fight was caused by some guy insulting another person's partner leading to the first guy pulling out a knife and cops being called to de escalate the situation. Took a while for the adrenaline wear off and starting crying. Fun times
As a random European, what does the position Front of Store actually entail for you?
Being a Front of Store Attendant means that I have to make sure that the store looks tidy, which entails me taking out the trash, going on cart runs to keep them stocked inside the store, distribution of hand baskets around the store, and helping cashiers or people delivering drive up orders when it gets busy.
