I would like to sort of filter Looking for RP posts by person/character who created the entry

You can already see open RP ads by a user if you go to their profile, and open RP ads by a character if the player chooses to add that widget to the character's profile.
It isn't the exact same as what you asked for, but pretty similar, I think...

I'm not sure I'm quite picturing what you're looking for here?

Filtering or sorting the looking for RP post "by author"
A character or writer may have more than 1 looking for RP post
I would be interested in role playing different stories/replying to different RP ads by that character or player
