Unbeknownst to him, another survivor was close. He screwed on the suppressor onto his M27 and he flicked the safety switch from safe to single shot. He positioned himself behind an abandoned car and he waited for the undead to begin shifting towards him.
His training became like second nature as he began squeezing the trigger, and he dropped one zombie after the next, his weapon making a sound no louder than a polite cough. His training took over as hos 5.56 rounds cut into the undead and dropping them.
Knowing he had attracted some, he tried testing his radio again. Nothing. He groaned in irritation "Chesty Puller, grant me strength"

Once the truck had pulled into the gate and people were getting settled in, Max and Willow had gone on watch duty, Sue got out of the truck and hung back with Xueqing and Sue bot. Then Sue heard a bunch of explosions in the distance! "Aw man! Is somebody blowing up the zombie horde without us? The nerve of some people right?"
"I wanna blow up some zombies!" Sue bot chimed! "I hope he leaves some for us!" Sue pined. "Xueqing I'm kinda tempted to get over there. What you think?" she asked Xueqing.

(Lmao why does "Chesty Puller" sound like another namer for nip twister?)
Max: well sue there is a motorcycle in the barn just next to the radio workshop you went into before so if you can get that thing working you guys could go out and check out the commotion if you guys want to
Willow stood up and stuck her hands in her pockets. She began to walk around the place, checking it out. She wasn't looking for anything in particular, just familiarizing herself with everything. She didn't go far. When Max suggested going back to the radio station, she turned around.
"I mean, it's probably going to take some work. But I'd love to get it running and be the voice of the wasteland!"
Willow stepped to Max and slightly tilted her head to look up at him.
"Just don't abandon me out there. Got it?"

Col. Lewis "Chesty" Puller
(Word to the wise, NEVER EVER besmirch the name of Chesty Puller in front of a Marine)
Max: hey don't worry I ain't going to do that twice to ya I'd feel to bad plus I'd let you shoot me if I did that * he said as he would then go into the van and start it up again *
Max: I'm going to leave the radio I got here sue so in case anything happens try using it and keep an ear open once me and will get the radio going just don't do anything I wouldn't do
* he said as he would then wait for willow to get in the van so they could head over to the radio station * max: and please willow don't call yourself three dog * max would laugh *

Willow climbed in the back of the van and laid down on the seat again. She wasn't going to sleep, but laying down felt nice.
"No chance. I'm way cooler than Three Dog anyways!"
Willow wondered about her guests from before and sat up.
"Oh yeah... There may be a few party guests when we get there. A couple of rednecks got mauled by the hangry denizens, and I snuck out. We may have to send them back home."

Max: wait was one of of them shot in the ass and the other in the leg * he said as he started the van and started driving to the gate and indicated for some others to open it for the van *
Max: couse I did just throw out two redneck brothers because they were getting handsy with sue and sue bot so I shot them and dragged there asses to the curve
* max said as he drove down the dirt road they had just drove on but then cut off of it to go to the radio station

With each shot, he seemed to score mostly head shots, or center mass to knock the zombies back. He rose to his feet and started pulling back. His eyes caught the sight of a radio tower and he began his trek towards it.
The Stallion crashed, but he could probably see if the drone operator's equipment survived. After a brief search, he found a drone.
He left what Marines survived the crash to go get help. He began his trek to the radio tower he saw.

Willow blinked a couple of times and laughed.
"I don't know. I wasn't exactly looking at their asses, haha!"
The radio station wasn't too far, so she sat up and climbed up front with Max. Willow peered out of the window and saw something moving in the distance.
"I'm pretty sure those are the party goers I mentioned earlier. I wonder if they're done with their manwhiches yet."

Meanwhile, Lucinthea was at her limit. Not done. Just slowly getting more and more exhausted. Her arms felt heavy as each swing became slower than the last. The swarm wasn’t thinning fast enough, and as she glanced over her shoulder, they were still coming, and there were just too many.
"Damn it..." She staggered back a step, then another, before finally turning and breaking into a run. Pride wouldn’t keep her alive. Not now. Not today. She knew her limits, and she was already pushing past them.
Lucinthea's breathing turned sharp inside the mask. "Move. Reposition. Survive." That's what she thought.
Then... a voice cut through the noise. It was clear and direct. The entity from before? Her imagination again, perhaps? It said, "Radio tower. Up ahead."
Lucinthea slowed for half a second; her brow furrowed as she hadn’t planned that route. However, it did make sense. She could see it from a distance. A radio tower. Higher ground...
"But... people..." She muttered under her breath; her grip tightened around her weapon as anxiety and worry settled in. The idea of other people sat there heavily as if she’d been avoiding it deliberately. 'Cause for her, relying on herself was easier. Cleaner. Safer. But right now? That's not the case.
Lucinthea's pulse spiked as another distant growl echoed behind her. Her thoughts began to overlap. They were messy, strained... And then... she gave in.
"You can’t keep this up alone." The voice spoke again. So, Lucinthea exhaled sharply. She caved, and then...
"Fine..." She finally adjusted her direction; her feet hit the ground harder as she pushed forward--toward the tower. Toward help.

Max: you got a point I guess hehe and let's hope that they are so then we don't have to fight threw a tone and instead just sneak attack a good few you know * he said as max and willow would shortly arrive at the radio station weirdly enough there wasn't a lot of zombies but a good maybe 5 to 7 zombies still lurking max would then stop before they proceeded*
Max: well how do you want to play this out willow just like old times or should I divert them so then you can get the jump on all of them * max said as he would swivel his seat around and grabbing his gun and made sure to load more shells into into it *
An idea struck him. He knelt down and set up a Claymore and two high explosive grenades and tied them together setting up a trap. He was sure the undead were on his trail by now since he made what noise he could to draw them away from the downed helicopter with surviving fellow Marines in it. Then again, they're Marines. Zombies could be to their right, to their left, in front and behind. That just means the Zombies couldn't escape.
"Marines are who you call when you need something dead, broken or pregnant" was the thought that he remembered. The same thought his father was told.
He continued his trek moving quickly to the radio tower only pausing when he heard the droning of a van coming from somewhere.

Without answering, Willow would exit the van and grab ahold of her bat. There weren't many of them, and she could easily divide them so she could take half, and Max could take half. Willow approached one that wasn't exactly in the cluster, and proceed to put her boot in its chest. After knocking it to the ground, she would bash it's head with her bat. This seemed to get the attention of the other six.
"Don't waste bullets. Just fight!"
She would slowly back away, luring them towards her. Once in a more open area, they would be easier to separate. Willow poked one in the chest with her bat. This seemed to piss it off. The zomboy got close enough and almost grabbed her. Willow swung and hit its grabby fingers, knocking them away. When she was able to, Willow grabbed the creature and forced it to the left, away from its hungry friends.
"Heh, bite me!
She said, mockingly, as she focused mostly on it. Willow positioned herself where the lone one would get further from the group. When she felt safe enough, Willow proceeded to crack her bat across its knee caps, rendering it unable to walk. As it fell to its broken knees, Willow wound back and sent the bat flying forward, straight into its face. Teeth flew everywhere, and the creature fell back, wriggling as it became incapacitated.
"Two down, five to go! You're falling behind, Maxy!"

Max: ugh but I don't get use my shotgun much anymore * max said letting the gun sit and then he would grab a big ol like bolt wrench *
Max: alright I'm catching up Just watch behind you * he said as he would then get behind one of the zombies now attracted to willow and max would then get ready to swing the rench and swing it like a baseball bat * max: the great ban beno gets ready to knock the ball out of the park and swing * the zombies head would then come taring off and fell in front of willow *
Max: and it's out of here * he said as he would kick the headless corps to the ground and then hit the next zombies legs causing them to brake and the zombie fell onto its back and max would then get ready to swing the rench like a golf club and swing hard causing the head to cave in and cousins it to die *
Max: what do you thin- * max would then get tackled by one of the hillbilly brothers and max would then try getting the zombie brother off and the zombie would start to tear the jacket of his *
Max: hey man this is my favorite jacket * max said as he would knock the zombie off a little to face upwards but then the zombie would pin max to the ground and max would hold the rench between the teeth of the hillbilly brother as it tried biting max *

As the head flew towards her, Willow would be splattered with blood and possible brain matter. Willow blinked a couple of times and then stamped her feet.
"UGH!!! What the hell, Maxy? If you hate me, just say it. Don't spray it!"
Willow kicked the head away and frowned.
"I really liked these shoes. And now my legs are all covered in..... GA-ROSSSSS!"
Willow ran passed the three shuffling her way, then kicked Max's assaulter in its head.
(I'll let you decide it that got him off of you.)

Max: I'll find ya more shoes get this hillbilly off of me * he said struggling till he would then get freed from willow kicking the zombie in the head and max would use both legs to kick the zombie off and max would get up quickly his jacket being torn almost in half *
Max: aw don't feel bad willow atleast you can still wear your shoes I can't wear my jacket any more * he said as he would then go to the hillbilly brother zombie and stomp the head in *
Max: jerk ruined my jacket where's your idiot brother to I want to kill that dude to to pay for it * be said talking to the now caved in head of the first brother *

"Barely! They're disgusting now!"
She would kick the downed zambino in the side, then turn back towards the others. Willow pointed to the one that was with this guy before they became lunch.
"Me thinks that be the sir ye be lookin' fer, Cap'n!"
She answered in an exaggerated pirate voice. While there were these three, one more was still shuffling its way slowly towards Max. Willow bashed one of the three in the head, then kicked the brother into the other, knocking them both down. The head bashed one barely even budged as it staggered towards her, catching her off guard. Willow was almost pinned against the wall before it lunged at her. It brandished its rotten mouth full of teeth, but Willow managed to dodge to the right before it bit her. She would grab it by the hair and slam its face into the wall a few times. Finally, it slumped to the ground where it would continue to twitch for a while.
"Awww... And you had such a beautiful smile. I'm sorry, sweets!"
Willow turned towards the other two, who were picking themselves up from the ground. She would grab the Billy from the Hills and push him towards Max.
"Heads up. He wants a kiss!"
She then turned to the other one and gave it a knee to the chin that Captain Falcon would be jealous of. Willow followed up with a swift swing of her bat, knocking it back to the ground. She turned back to see if Max had his under control.
