( lmao ok my apologies I'll explain kinda the location the settlement of maxes and the station are kinda in the middle of the woods but I'll just say there's a small town near the station that'll work with that liquor store thing you have going lol my apologies )

Max: yo wait man I can - * Jake would then run off into the distance* max: take my van well if anything I'll just leave you here willow don't go beating folks up unless have to willow I'll chase after ninja gidon * max said hopping back threw the window and into maxes van and started it up and drove where he thought max had saw Jake run off to and would eventually find the down truck to next to the liquor store *

Max: well shoot I'll have to grab us some beers after Jake shows me that food * max said to himself as he would then park the van in the parking lot of the liquor store and max would grab his shotgun not having any other weapons to chose from * max: yo Jake dude where ya at man I'm here * max said walking around the semi truck *

*he snatched Max backwards almost yanking him off balance and he put his finger to his lips and made the quiet sound* "shh dude I count at least 2 inside"*he said as hell let go of Max*

* max not expecting the sudden snatch from Jake but then calmed down once he heard his voice *

Max: yo man ease up when you do that but alright is there any kinda hardware store or something I thought I've explored most of these towns but this one I honestly had no clue off but ither way if we can get some blunt weapons then we can try beating the armor off then I could finish them off with my shot gun or we could try just distracting them and closing them up in this busted trailer of this semi truck

He finally arrived to the radio station. He approached with his weapon up and he nudged the rear door open. Making his way in, he kept quiet until he heard voices.


He cautiously lowered his M27 and he banged on a door.

"Humans?!"

Willow, being the only one here now, jumped back out of surprise. She gripped her bat and readied herself in case it was a threat.

"Gyaaah! What the hell? The dead don't talk. I'll make you dead!"

*he nodded at Max and picked up two bricks and handed max one then he charged at the left zombie slamming the brick into it's face with a sickening crunch*

(i apologize for the late response got caught up at work for a few hrs then too a nap)

* max would take the broken and shrugged and went with Jake's idea and ran with him and he would then smash the brick into the second armor zombie smashing the face hard and then took the shotgun of his and put the barrel a few inches away from the zombies face and blew it off *


Max: so much for head gear am I right * max said as he would wipe the blood off his face *

Max: well so far your off to a good start Jake now how about you show me where you saw those cand goods and then I'll get ya back to the settlement after I make sure willow has the radio station up and running again

* Max said as he would then wipe the blood off of his shotgun and wait for Jake to lead the way *

*he nodded and stood up covered in brains and blood* okay let's go get ya that food

"If you have a firearm, hold your fire. I'm a Marine. I'm coming in...."



He stepped around the corner with his rifle lowered. He removed his helmet and nodded to Willow.

"I'm Adrian. I came here to see if I could use this place to contact the airport my unit is operating out of. My helicopter crashed and I'm trying to get help to my surviving Marines"

Max: ok then so how long have you been in this town here Jake or have ya just been more wondering around * max had asked Jake while he would then start walking with him *

Max: couse I'm surprised I haven't ran into you here sooner I've had that settlement going for a year or more kinda hard to keep track of time these days you know * max said as he would try to figure out Jake better *

Willow held her bat up to show it wasn't a firearm.

"I.....don't think it's loaded, soldier!"

She shifted her eyes to the generator, then back to him.

"As far as the radio goes, it works. Kinda... I'm not so certain it'll send a clear signal though. There seems to be some kinda interference with the signal. I did manage to get something through earlier. But I don't think it was clear."

Willow lowered her bat and then leaned against the wall. She propped the bat next to her and crossed her arms. Willow then sized him up as she looked him up and down.

"So, you're a marine, huh? There's a settlement not far from here. I'm sure they won't mind you staying if you can't get ahold of your men. I plan on staying here if I can get the signal cleared. Someone needs to be the voice of the zombapoc. You're welcome to try and figure out what's jamming the signal if you want."

She didn't give her name back at first, but rolled her eyes at the voice in her head telling her to be nice.

"Fiiiine. My name is Wilhelmina. But you can call me Willow. In fact, I'd prefer you call me Willow. I don't know why I even gave my government name."

Willow pushed away from the wall and reluctantly extended a hand. Its not that she didn't want to shake his hand, but he could easily use it as an opportunity to get a one up on her, if he actually turned out to be a bad person.

"That's one of my favorite movies, so Willow is easy to remember. If you're dating a girl named Kaiya, you'll be my favorite human. I suppose I'm Madmartigan"


He shot that off right away as all members of the military would: the concept of a filter only operated selectively. He removed his gloves and he politely took her hand into his.

He made his way towards the control panel and he started checking frequencies.

"Might be jammed because you were on our frequency, and we didn't want civilians hearing what we're saying for OpSec.....excuse me, operational security."

*Jake looked at Max as he responded* I've been in the town since it started but I've been constantly on the move its dangerous staying in one spot for to long *he said as he pulled a picture frame off the wall pressed a button and a door fell off the hinges as it opened showing the once promised canned food*

Max: no way you've been here from the start that must've been interesting for this small of town when stuff went crazy I was near Chicago when the zombies happened

* Max said as he would then see the hidden compartment room that Jake would revel from a secret button on the wall * max: whoa man that's like straight up movie stuff right there how did you even find that room out * max said impressed from Jake *

Willow was surprised at how gentle his handshake was. As their grip loosened, she would retract her and and lean back against the wall while he played around with the frequency.

"Eh... As long as you don't start calling me 'peck', we're fine. I happen to like Val Kilmer."

Willow hadn't actually checked the whole building, so the way Adrain came in was unknown to her.

"How'd you get in anyways? Did I forget to lock a door or something?"

*laughs* I seen it in a zombie movie once*he said jokingly* and yeah I was living in the apartment on 2nd Street but u had to kick rocks once the zombies tried getting through my door*
