It's by Thomas Knutsen (it's also linked at the bottom of my profile ♪(´▽｀) ). He's made a couple of different variants; I chose one of the blue ones because I think it looks the nicest with both the light and dark mode of this particular website.

I can't take credit for for finding it; that honor goes to @sunshinemutt ‒ their RP ads was the first place I saw it.
