What is the SCP Foundation?
It's essentially a secret organization that locks up scps, which are anomalies. Excessive testing is done on scps through the use of scientists and d-class (prisoners). There are outside forces that wish to stop the Foundation (Chaos Insurgency).

"What, just because you have fancy guns and face shields means you're scary?" She said, arms folded as she looked over the platoon of MFT soldiers staring her down with rifles.
"I wouldn't be so cocky if I were you. We know all about your tricks. Go ahead, try to reality bend now." said one of the MFTs.
She scoffed, before flicking her wrist. What was meant to jam their guns was met with deadened weight. Like trying to lift 2000 pounds. She sweated a bit, before going pale, her gaze lifting from her useless hand to the soldiers.
The soldiers just grinned, and cocked their guns.
"Now then, I imagine you'll be coming quietly?" the MFT said.
