This HAS to be the NASA logo. I would wager this has something to do with the Artemis II mission. It's on the Orion spacecraft, named Integrity by the crew. The commander was Reid Wiseman, and the pilot was Victor Glover
I didn't watch the whole livestream, but I remember one of the announcers saying that Reid Wiseman was worried about breaking the news to his daughters when he realized he had the opportunity to go to the moon?
Didn’t they name a crater after Carroll Wiseman during the mission? It was super touching!
I feel like this might also be about apollo 13.. could be question was written before the Artemis mission?

The Artemis II mission this April saw four astronauts travel further from Earth than any humans have ever gone before. The commander of the mission was Reid Wiseman. Just six years ago Wiseman had tried to give up on becoming an astronaut, when his wife Caroll was diagnosed with and then passed of cancer. He had wanted to quit to take care of her and their two children, but Caroll didn't let him. (The other astronauts called home during their mission to request that a newly discovered bright spot on the moon be named Caroll in her honor.)
When Wiseman got the news from NASA that he has been selected to lead the Artemis II mission, his first reaction was fear of telling his two daughters, Ellie and Katherine, that he would need to be away from them for an extended period of time. But they weren't upset, they were excited, and to help soothe his fears that they would be unhappy about needing to stay with friends and family while he circled the moon, Ellie baked moon-shaped cupcakes.

Apparently it's on the boundary and is sometimes visible from Earth...
Also, this quote from a Houston Public Media article says that when his wife got sick, Reid wanted to move closer to family, but Caroll encouraged him to stay close to his job. Maybe that's what the 3rd clue is about?
"A registered nurse, Carroll Wiseman worked in the intensive care unit for newborns and later as a school nurse near Houston, Texas, where they relocated for her husband’s job.
Reid Wiseman has said in interviews that when Carroll first got sick, he wanted them to move back north to be closer to family in Virginia and Maryland.
“But she said, ‘No, this is where you work and you love your job. And we should not give that up for this,'” he told Baltimore Magazine in January.
In 2023, three years after Carroll’s death, Wiseman was chosen as the commander for the Artemis II mission, the first crewed flight to the moon in over half a century.
“It was like I was carrying a legacy of her along and ... continuing to go down this path that we had forged for 17 years together,” Wiseman told The Times last year. “I honor her every single day, every single minute.”"
