FOILED YET AGAIN!
for anyone completely lost, me and shiny are looking at this document with the messages from the cosmic call. There is something that was in message 1 that was partially removed and revised for message 2

I think it has to do with page 50 of the document "The information of page 13 and 14 has been dropped. It was too confusing and did not give much information after all. Some of the information contains in page 14 has been moved to section 10. "

Whoever guessed "ecosystem on earth," you are SO close, just rephrase slightly
Congrats on solving this symbol! The answer was "Earth's ecosphere".
For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation.
The Cosmic Call transmissions are one of the many in-transit attempts to contact and communicate, if possible, with potential extra-terrestrial life. The messages were sent into space in 1999 and 2003, each at five different celestial targets. The very first of the CC messages won’t reach its destination until 2069, while the first of the second group will arrive in April of 2036. Each of the transmissions was composed of a number of sub-messages, including the earlier-transmitted Arecibo message, a number of messages and drawings from people all over the world, and in the second Cosmic Call, a set of images with English and Russian captions. However, the crowning achievement of the Calls was the Dutil-Dumas message, also known as the “Interstellar Rosetta Stone”, a series of glyphs and images that, through the use of basic mathematics and physics concepts, could potentially be understood and even responded to by another civilization in the stars. The second Cosmic Call’s version of the ISR was organized differently from the first, and had some changes made to its glyphs to better protect the information from the introduction of ‘noise’ or loss of some of the bits as they travel. However, the fourteenth ‘page’ of the original ISR was almost entirely left out of this transmission because it was thought to be too confusing to try and decipher from first principles. This page concerned the ecosphere or ecosystem of the Earth, with a cute little drawing and chemical compositions of the hydrosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere, and even a couple of little stick figures on the land portion to represent the biosphere.

Earth's ecosphere/ecosystem/systems of Earth and permutations thereof all would've worked, there're too many dang words for the same sort of concept that are all vaguely interchangeable and probably only proper Earth Scientists know the exact difference of them.
