"Be carefull of the device, if disturbed it'll cause alot of issues. Now let go.. we don't have alot of time to make it. They are waiting for us on the other side."

The other voice replied with "Copy that." And Lina stepped outside, she held the door open while she waited for Maddie. Her eyes scanned the area for strangers. She only saw a couple of drunk people, walking home from a party. No harm there, so she nodded to Maddie to follow her.
They crossed the street to the nearest alley. Lina pushed Maddie to the side of the street so she stayed in the shadows. "Okay, here drink this." She handed Maddie a tiny bottle with a green liquid. "It'll help with the time and enviroment change, aswell as lower your stomach ache from the trip."

For as long as she could remember she'd had motion sickness issues, so she quickly chugged the liquid. Once it was down she felt dizzy for a moment, but then smiled, and stuck her tongue out after a bit.
When they got to a wall with some grafitti on it, Lina talked through her watch. "Okay, Mordor236 ready for timetravel." Once she said that, a weird force made a twirling fortex appear on the wall. It was black with a bit of purple, although that was what is looked like to Lina.
"Are you ready?" With her right hand she grabbed Maddie's arm and with her left she took the device from earlier. It was called 'N036' and it was used for a bit of everything that has to do with information and communication. While pointing it towards the wall, she pulled Maddie with her. "Whatever you do, don't let go!" Then she stepped in to the dark hole.

"Wha-Okay!" she almost shrieked as they stepped in. It just looked like a swirling black tunnel to her, and it went on and on and on. It was terrifying. The fear only made her grip Lina's hand harder though.
