Is it possible to rearrange posts on your group forum page, or do they automatically and permanently go in the order they're in?

Topics will always appear with the most recently posted in topic at the top. The only exceptions are stickied topics, they will always be at the top of the list. The order among stickied topics is also with the most recent at the top.

If you mean the forums themselves, you can drag and drop them into whatever order you like on the Forums settings page.

You could always just make replies to the topics you've already made!

Hmm, I tried that. It was apparently too 'confusing' for new people. Is okay. I'll just delete and re-post and what not.

If you're going to delete and re-post, then make sure to both sticky and lock the topics, so that members can't reply and change the order from what you want it to be.
