Rules are simple:
**One Match at a time.
**Interference must roll under their initiative score. 2 initiative rolls per show.
**Only champions can promo as they please between matches or backstage.
**Roleplay between characters while other matches are going on is completely tolerable via PM.
STATS (70 Points to distribute, minimum 5 per stat):

5 Finisher 6 Promo 7 Initiative 8 Reversal/Counter 9 Pin
Note: Do not OVERUSE Finishers.
Move per move: Announce the attempt, roll a d20. higher score + Initiative Bonus wins. Person in control regains 5 hp of lost hp every time he wins this roll up until 77% of his HP.

Each attack against Dazed wrestler requires a d100 roll, there is a 15% chance of being stunned, unable to roll initiative for the next round.
0%-25% -3 Pin Modifier, -3 Finisher, -3 Initiative, -3 Resiliency
Character receives 2 1 time, noncumulative +10 modifiers to the rolls of their choice
Every Finisher = + 2 to next Pin and +1 to match initiative as well as +5 to HP.
Every Signature =+ 1 to next Pin and + 2 to HP.
To Calculate HP
Resiliency x 30
Therefore, Danny Shadow has 210 HP
To Calculate Damage: Roll a D10 + Stat Bonus for the Type of Move. Multiply by two if a weapon is used). Finisher is always x 3.
Pin/Kickout = Pin score vs Counter score. Three consecutive rolls on the d10 without a successful kickout is a three count.
Submission/Reversal = Submission score + Strength Score VS Reversal + Resiliency Score. Seven Consecutive Rolls on the D10. With each successful roll for the holder, however, the person with the hold adds + 2 modifier to their submission Score and + 1 modifier to their strength score. By the same token, with each successful resiliency roll the person in the hold adds a + 1 modifier to their reversal and +2 to their resiliency. If the wrestler in the hold wins three times in a row, he breaks the hold. Otherwise, if all 7 rolls are made, it's a tapout. Submission holds can only be locked in on an opponent between
0-50% HP.
Taunt Rolls: While opponent is dazed, distracted, or otherwise engaged, wrestler can taunt to the crowd. Taunting Raises + 2 HP, + 1 for Match Initiative, and +1 for Match Finisher.
To multiply amount of Taunts, while opponent is dazed, a d20 taunt roll can be used. The opponent rolls a d20 as well. Taunt roll uses the Initiative modifier. If the dazed opponent wins, their daze is broken and the taunter can be taken by surprise by move of opponent's choice. If the dazed opponent loses, they are dazed for the difference between the rolls. That's how many Taunts the taunter can use in that time frame.
The math here will work. I urge good roleplaying etiquette, awesome Promos, and lots of description - nobody wants an all numbers show.
