LittleHunter, what time-ish along the plot of FO3 are you looking to have your character run into ours? Right out of the vault, into Megaton? Chance encounters in the ruins of DC? I think I'm more fond of the latter option, but I can work with any!

I'll be using this guy. His Profile's bare bones but it's a thing. And I could see Shiloh running into him in or outside Megaton.
