Occasionally Swilry Carnation would sip some apple cider too. She had been hoping to drink some also, that is why she ordered it. Repede barking sounded like, "I wish I could make apple cider but I can't cuase I got no hands." to Swirly Carnation. So assuming that was what Repede might have meant by that bark Swirly Carnation decides to ask a question that will slightly respond to his question yet not seem to random if that wasn't what the bark really meant.
"If you had telekinesis then would make apple cider?" she asks Repede.
