Maybe someone already asked but, When you add a friend and such. After that is there a way to upgrade them to a different status without removing them and adding again?
Currently there isn't an easier way to change the status of friends or enemies. Severing the tie and reconnecting with the other character is the only way to do this right now.
What Copper said. The reason is that it's currently preferred for a player to approve a change in relationship status before it's official to avoid status changes against a player's will. Let's say I don't think my character X can be friends with Y, but Y's player thinks they can be and changes the status from enemy to friend. That would be very annoying to me!
