The city of Granwak is run by the inforcers of the law, armed and ironclad, they search constantly for anyone they believe pose a threat. If their family did something, they hunt them down. If they look a little out of the norm, they pounce on 'em. And if they know or even begin to think someone has psychic abilities, they kill them.
Little do they know that beneath the city is where most of them lie. The psychics, known as pariahs, hide and even live in the Underground to hide from their oppressors. The Underground is basically like an entire town, a safe haven for those who have not a place elsewhere. And word on the street is that the Underground is readying for war.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.

I'd say your abilities are fine for this, Phoenix. Scarletwolf, however, I will say, I don't fancy seeing a little girl have a gun pointed at her head at some point, as there would ne no way she'd be an Inforcer at the tender age of 6.
