Can I use my other charchter Luna who is Sissys sister. Luna is a regular wolf but Sissy trained her to be a "service dog" kinda because Sissy has bad anxiety

Sissy would be in the pack probably as an omega with Luna as an omega also. Would it be ok if Sissy and Luna are new to the pack?
