"Lets see here... i've packed my weapons, my armor... tent materials..." Scourge felt like he was missing something.
"Ah, right!" He continued to pack pieces of cloth, bits and bobs of broken machinery, and small to medium sized sticks.
He had a good reason for this. Before he joined the crew, he was a monster in the nearby woods, terrorizing hunters and destroying anything he came across.
He didn't quite remember how he was calmed one day, but to keep him from killing his teammates, he collected whatever they didn't need. Scourge ripped and destroyed them when he needed to, and it kept him under control.
Scourge still liked killing monsters, but he didn't really want to kill people he knew so well.
When he was sure he had packed enough, including his stress-relievers, he walked out of his room, sat at the table, and waited.

Lucifer were sleeping against a wall as the crew were packing their things and stuff. "Huh what? Are we Taking on a goddamn dragon? It better be made of lollipops and jellybeans" Lucifer crossed his arms and sighed, then walked over to the rest of the crew. "But if someone gets hurt, I'm the only one with medical knowledge the expands further than putting a bandaid on it" He patted his satchel. "I don't need to pack, Everything I own is in here"
Sakura kept fuse over the pot boiling, the last thing she wanted was for it to boil over and spill all over the counter. "I can pack my things later tonight when everyones gone to bed." She whispered to herself. Many thoughts ran rapid through her head. Sakura was of course worried about the adventure they were about to go on.
Blaire sat down at the table, waiting for food to be ready. It was pretty boring, just sitting here. She didn't really know her partners that well, she could use that time to get to know them now.
Nah. She'd just wait.
Nah. She'd just wait.
I walk back inside and sit under the table, pretending to look around even though I have no eyes.
"So anyone want something strong to drink? I got from beer to vodka to germicide to pure ethanol, pick your poison" He said and sat down. "I could go for a good pint of strong stout." He said and shoved his whole arm into the satchel and pulled out a bottle of stout. "No one?" He asked around the table.
Sakura looked back and saw that her crew was sitting patiently for her to finish dinner. She smiled, just in time too. Sakura gathered up several bowls and filled them with the dark stew. She gave each person a bowl and placed the pot in the center of the table. "There plenty for seconds should anyone want any."
Sakura then sat herself at the table next to Red. "I'll pass on the drinks, I still have to pack myself."

Blaire walked over to the table and began to eat her stew. Eventually she finished hers, and didn't have any seconds. She had to maintain her strength, but she also wanted to mantain her figure.
She rinsed her bowl out and cleared it, sitting back down to finish her drink.

Scourge slurped up his soup like a ravenous wolf, making sure to not leave any drops in the bowl. After seconds, he decided to walk it off in the nearby marsh.
"I'll be back. Just going to go for a stroll."
He loved to walk in the marsh at night, the twisted trees reminded him of monsters, and the moon shining through the branches just added to the adventurous feeling of the mire.
A bush rustled near him. Instantly his muscles tensed, prepared for battle, but the creature that came out was not what he was expecting.
A little salamander he identified as an Axolotl. However, this one was slightly bigger, had sharp fangs, and two hand-sized fins on its back... odd, but then again, not the strangest things he had seen here before.
Scourge decided to leave it alone. Sure, usually he would kill the monsters in this swamp, but he would have a reason. Like maybe he was hunting for food, sometimes monsters would attack first. But this little thing? Absolutely harmless, and how much food would it produce anyway?
Scourge continued on the path he had walked so many times, until he heard a small, high pitched peep. Turning around, it was just the Axolotl again. He tried to ignore it, but it was making so many sad noises it was getting hard to ignore.
Ending his expedition early, he turned back.
When Scourge finally got back home, the Axolotl was still following him.
"Dammit, when is this thing going to go away!?"
It crawled up his leg, up the side of his torso, and onto his shoulder, where it finally calmed down and slept. It must've imprinted on him.
"The one time I spare something, it won't leave me alone. Remind me to never do this again."

Lucifer were very skeptical around this soup stew thing. He took up a spoon from his satchel then slapped the stew. It wiggled like jello. "Saku, I don't think you made the "stew" right, mine has a very high viscosity. It's like eating jam." He scooped some up on his spoon then just starred at it. "Well if I don't wake up tomorrow, then you will know why" He said and stuffed the spoon in his mouth. He forcefully swallowed the jelly stew. "Next time, I make the food" He retorted, his face slightly frowning from the not so great cooking.
I pull up my staff and turned the soup into wine, picking up the bowl and drinking it. "Mmm."
Sakura frowns. "I really did try my best but if you insist. I will leave the cooking to you." With that said, Sakura gets up from the table, leaving a bowl half empty and marches to her room. She would began packing and then put herself to sleep.
"Mine was fine." Blaire commented, thinking Lucifer was being rather rude. Hers tasted alright, and the texture was completely fine. She took another sip of her drink, which tasted good too.
As he walked through the room, he noticed everyone was still at the table. "How long was I gone for? I had to end my walk a little early."
When he finally went to bed, the axolotl moved onto his chest, and went back into its slumber.
why am I even caring for this thing? He thought to himself.

Lucifer forcefully gulped down the jellylike soup, whether he liked it or not. His breath were heavy as the food gave him heartburns of its way down. He slammed his clenched fist on the table, trying to get it down, then BOM, it hit his stomach walls like a cement truck. A little tear came in his eye then he turned to Scourge. Nothing unusual about his appearence, but his chest region seemed more bloated. "Are you growing a pair of breast my friend, is it something I shall take a look at? In a medical way ofcourse" He said and took a swig of his pint.
It squirmed at the least fortunate time. Of course, it had to wake up.
"Ah, yeah... this thing."
The little salamander poked his head out of Scourge's tunic. It made it's trademark peep noise, and crawled out onto his hand.
"I can't get it to go away. I'm not smart, but I think I've imprinted on it."
It had grown a bit bigger since Scourge last saw it. Especially it's back fins, they almost looked like wings by now.

I look over and touch the salamander. "With permission can I collect its oil for my potions?"
Sakura rummaged through her room for a long while until she heard comotion in one of the other rooms. She decided to take a peek outside to what exactly what happening. She saw that everyone seemed to be gathered around Scourages room.
What on earth?
What on earth?
Scourge wasn't going to admit it, but on the inside this thing was starting to grow on him.
"I guess you can use it for your potions, but... just don't harm it." Those last four words he mumbled to himself.
That's when the Axolotl sniffed the air, then jumped from Scourge's hand, back fins spread wide, and it glided like a dragon.
Those fins were apparently not for swimming, but for flying.
It continued to glide until it landed in Scourge's pack. He was in awe of it's air maneuvers, until quiet munching could be heard.
"Ah! No, get out of there!" he grabbed it before it ate something it wasn't supposed to. It probably had nothing to eat in the wild.
"Anybody know what flying axolotls eat?"

I pull out a book and ask the question, words appear in a blank paper and I look down at the book. "Axolotls eat worms, insects, small fish, and just about anything else that can fit inside their mouth and swallow whole, including other salamanders." I look up at Scourge. "Does that help?"
