Quetzalli nodded, smiling. "I shall do a little magic trick as well then if that's ok?"

Nightmare smiled. "Of course it is! I always enjoy seeing others talents."

The outline of a teenage boy appeared in the darkness at the end of the walk. He watched the trick-or-treat participants walking up and down the walk. His ghostly eyes the most visible thing seen in the mild glow of light taking the lightest shape of him standing quietly. He looked sad as if wishing he were still alive on this day so that he could also gather candy...he would blink...looking at men and women walking to the door...his image fading and appearing in the moonlight of Halloween...

Quetzalli smiled and she put her hands together before opening them again and a bunch of flowers suddenly bloomed in her hands.

Nightmare was amazed by the flower trick. "That is truly amazing. You do have an exquisite gift." he said as he noticed the ghost of the teenage boy. He could tell that it was a ghost, but it had a different aura, like he knew he didn't belong. Nightmare felt like he understood what he was feeling. But, it could be his imagination.

She smiled widely at the compliment, “Thank you sir!” She moved her hands slightly and the flowers went from her hands and onto his. “Here, they aren’t poisonous or anything. Happy Halloween!”

Nightmare smiled. "Thank you. And a happy Halloween to you as well." he said as he started to go back into his house.

Quetzalli smiled as well and she walked away to go to another house
