So, this is probably more of a question towards the staff, but honestly, if anybody knows...

What was the RP Repository created on? Was it made from scratch or did they use a site creator or what?

I like the format, haha.

Our admin, Kim, is an extremely skilled web designer As far as I know, she built this site from the ground up, from scratch.
