They pass a few crumbling buildings before stepping inside one. Once in the entrance, it opens up to what must have been a black-smithing shop. There were several old looking blades scattered and they picked one up with ease to look at it.
He looks at the blades"I for one think the pen is mightier then the sword"
They shrug. "The aesthetic is still cool. I agree, though." They put it down and sit on the edge of the opening to where a fire would heat up the metal back in it's open days.
"this is a nice place anyways...I guess"
"What kind of places do you like?" They asked curiously.
He thinks"caves or other sunless places"Rox gurgles
"I hoard pillows back at home. They look like crystals. I like the deep caves when they have those in em."
"cool"he nods
elunaria saw them nearby but hide. she was scared. she was worried about these people who helped bring about this ruins.
They looked out the window and went over to it, feeling the after-rain air and... a presence. They hopped out the window with ease. "Feels crowded here today."
"Yeah, I smell someone"
voice " get away your kind not welcome here. leave before you face divine wrath."
"Wait, me, the forest slime, or this person"He asks the voice
They rose a brow, "What are you talking about?" They asked, clearly confused.
"all of you. your kind not welcome not after all you did"
"what did we do?"He tilts his head
They think for a moment and then snort. "Wait, do you think we destroyed this place? No way, I just like to come by and appreciate what's left."
“ your kindcreated this mess. I don’t need your kind destroying anything else.”
"what is our kind"he quizzes the voice
"First off, you don't even know what My Kind is, and second, I hate my birth family." They shove their hands in their pockets. "Maybe some people just like enjoying nature, and you should let them. I don't give a d*** if you're a god."
