Rae stood up and saw her leg. " Oh my! " She said, touching it lightly. " I can help you, remove it and all. " She said, walking towards a bush of herbs. " A little of this and that. " She whispered softly.

Isobel winced when Rae touched it and lowered herself to the ground. "You know a lot about herbs?"

Rae picked a couple, walking to her sides. " No, it's not like I'm a werewolf who doesn't spend her life in the forest. " She said rolling her eyes, sarcastically.

Isobel couldn't see the eye-rolling, but picked up on the sarcasm easy enough. "Sorry, I was just trying to distract myself."

Rae smiled, " It's alright. " She said, mashing the herbs up and applying them to the wound. " It will draw the infection out, but may hurt. " She said softly, in a motherly tone.

Isobel ripped the bottom of her shirt and balled it up, putting it in her mouth. Then she nodded to Rae.

Rae put the herbs on the wound, the infection away from the wound.

Isobel winced and screamed silently into the rag in her mouth when the pain was at its worst. When Rae was done, her ears were ringing. Isobel took the cloth out of her now dry mouth. "Thanks... My name's Isobel by the way."

Hunter sat in a camp chair in his garage infront of a table. He was playing poker with his kind-of-co-worker friends. He had a reall good hand too. He was looking at a royal flush, spades, and his buddy had just gone all in. He smiled and flipped down his cards, revealing his hand. Greg, the losing gambler, moaned and leaned back into his chair, taking a sip of his Red Apple Ale.

"Oh yeah! Come to daddy!" Hunter gathered up the heap of chips on the table and pulled them to his side. He sorted about ten chips when his phone started playing Skillet's 'I feel like a monster'. He nodded and gave a few uh-huh's before hanging up. His friends were all looking at him, it was obviously a business call.

Mark spoke first. "Being called out again?"

"Yeah, big mess at some special place."

"Sounds fun, what is it this time?" It was Alyssa that spoke this time.

Hunter shrugged, "just some werewolf escapee. Well that is all they told me. They said there was a whole mess. There is another thing that was down there." He stood up and took a sip of his drink. "I guess I'll have to take all of the chips another time guys." He walked out of the room saying, "See you in a second."

As he went to get his suit his friends divied up his poker chips so they could coninue playing. Thankfully there was no money involved. Hunter went up to his kitchen and pushed the refridgerator aside, revealing a door in the wall. He opened it and went into his small armory. Right across from the door was his suit which he put on. It was black with green lines where any breaks in the armor where. This allowed not only mobility, but energy to move through the armor so he could survive, more or less, electricity strikes. He grabbed a tactical knife and put it in the slit in his armor on his chest. Then he grabbed his black tactical sword and did a similar thing on the right side of his back.

His favorite part would have come next, picking guns, had he still had any. So he picked up a pistol and locked it on his hip and left. Hunter pushed the fridge back out and went back to the garage, he was holding his helmet in his left hand. When he got there Greg tossed him an ice cold bottle. "Get back this year!" Hunter smiled and placed the bear on the table and gave a small smile, then put his helmet on.

"No drinking on the job." With that he walked over to his motor cycle and started it up. The green on both the cycle and his suit lit up as he reved the engine and tore out of the drive. He was off to go deal with whatever had just happened with that blasted werewolf that ruined his poker game.

He arrived an hour later. Thankfully he was close, that and going 200mph got you places quickly. Hunter started looking around the area. He knew they would have gotten out of town quickly, so he took his motorcycle and parked it near the edge of the forest on the side of the road. Then he entered. His suit crunched all the leaves and twigs underneath him. He could not be quiet in the suit, or this one at least.

Rae looked around, a shiver was sent down her spine. She grabbed the herbs stuffing them into her shirt. Her emerald eyes could see the smallest amount of movement. " Isobel.. There's no time for introductions. " She started. " She picked her up, " I need to hide you, I think someones here. The feeling the forest is giving me is bad. " Rae picked her up, hiding her quickly. It was not very visible to even herself. " Stay here, do not move unless I come back. "

Rae then walked through the forest, shifting to a wolf. She stopped, her nose smelling gas and a human. " What the hell is a human doing in these parts of the forest? " She whispered. She jumped into a tree, watching the bushes.

As hunter progressed further into the forest he got the feeling he was being watched. This was common in missions versus the unknown, however, and he shrugged it off. He pushed through the brush until he tripped on a root and quite literally stumbled upon a clearing in the forest. Hunter straightened himself and looked around. This seemed a likely spot for them to be, especially if one was wounded as was reported. He stepped near a patch of thick brush and looked through the trees. He couldn't see anyone.

Rae sat in the tree, her coat blending in with the moss growing on it. She kept her tail close to her side, she just wanted to attack him. She couldn't lie, it was actually a bit funny watching the human fall. She made her breathing soften, but almost let a growl out. Her nose easily picked up all his smells, it almost made her vomit. Rae then unsheathed her claws, ready to attack him if needed.

Isobel listened. She'd be next to useless out here, her staff unable to swing in the trees and her injured leg keeping her from heavy physical fighting. She silently pulled out the dagger at her waist and listened intently. It sounded like someone had found their clearing. Someone heavy by the sound of the footsteps and all the twigs breaking. Most likely male.

It was true that the armor gave off a smell, probably none to pleasent. While it did mask his own, the suit would continue to give away his positions to his prey until he figured out how to work the part of the suit that released a spray to omit the scent. For now he didn't really care.

The armor clad figure stood for for a second, looking around. The flattened grass told him that someone, or something had been here not too long ago, but he didn't see anyone. His skills were not good enough to tell him where, but he knew they couldn't be far. Slowly he reached up and drew the black tactical sword from its slot in his armored back. It hissed against the siding as it slid out. It they were close then he would need to defend himself. He had delt with wolves before, they weren't too pleasent.

"Come here my little friend," he called into the forest, his mask giving his voice an odd sound. "Where is this big bad wolf that killed the little piggies?" Hunter slowly crept towards the woods, sword in a ready position.

Isobel felt like her heart was going to beat out of her chest. It had been a while since she'd come so close to a hunter for the labbies. It brought back sour memories. She'd die before she let someone be taken back to that hell. Isobel just hoped the wolf girl would be smart and not give herself away. She often responded to fear with sarcasm or cynicism and had to stifle a snort when the hunter talked about piggies.

Hunter started to walk normal as he dropped something from his suit saying, "a marker would help me find my way back in this jungle, as long as its still here." The little blinking red light fell to the ground silently as he trapsed away. His last audiable words were, "I could take your friend too, I'm getting paid either way."

Rae looked at him, she blinked her eyes. The red light starting to blind, her she let out a growl. Her eyes light up after that, worried.

Isobel heard the growl, unmistakably wolf girl. She'd been preparing to go tooth and nail against the man in armor, but it seemed Rae might get there before her.

Before he could hear the growl the man had walked off into the woods, dropping another 'marker' in the distance before he finally dissapeared. At least he could find his way back and track them again if he lost their trail.

Rae jumped from the tree, sniffing the marker. Smells like that stupid human.. Her emerald eyes darted to the other, she did not dare to go over there. She grabbed the marker, smashing it in her mouth, then burying them. She would wait to destroy the other one when he was gone. Rae made her way towards another tree, jumping up, and settling down. Not the smartest hunter I've seen in my days.
