Hunter enjoyed his human things, and humans as well. That is why he has a job protecting them. He figured that the other humanoids of the world would never understand races the way humans can understand them. Despite having a lack of natural killing potential, there was a reaso why han dominated the world. Man was un matched by its mind. Not necessarily brains, but it's ability to think and persevere. The race of man was a strong willed one that is as strong as it is because it is able to understand others, even others of their own kind. Humans are the most diverse race yet somehow many are able to understand each other.
This is what was going through Hunter's head as he meandered through the forest. He recalled that some of the most notoriously un accepting people, such as Hitler and Mau, were supernatural creatures. Try were incapable of accepting something and attempted to destroy it, Hitlerte Jews, and Mau the history and Traditions of China.
Hunter cracked a twig as he walked under te trees. Thankfully there were no dangerous creatures here inside the walls. He did think that he could hear female voiced, though.

When she couldn't find Rae, Isobel went back to her old life before she'd met Rae and Hunter. As much as she could anyways. She mostly just avoided people, and helped those that needed it when they came across her path. She kept her ears open to any signs of supernatural lab testing, but there wasn't much to hear about it. Hunter had been true to his word and his organization had weaseled most of them out. Looking back now, she couldn't believe she had thought he was working for labbies. When she thought of him, she felt like she'd start crying all over again and she thought of him often.
Hunter wasn't the only one she missed though. Rae was in her thoughts just as often. Isobel found herself wondering how she was doing now and where she was at. She hoped to see her again soon. After six months, being alone didn't really appeal to her anymore. Not when she had a friend close enough that she viewed as a sister. Isobel decided to start looking for her in all the woods she could find. She had to find Rae eventually.
