Isobel cocked her head sideways, thinking. "It's like a sun." She was glad Rae had used her hand to draw it. It made the symbol easier to picture. She grimaced as she thought about the test tubes Sarge had taken with him. They had to get those away from him. "Is it near here?"

A shot hit the ground near where Rae was. It was a warning shot. "Back away Isobel," he said and kicked Rae's hand away from the girl's. "I said one more damn move and I would blow your head off!" He was yelling now, he had at some point been able to disable the sensor in his HUD. He kicked Rae in the shoulder, angry and hurt and not understanding. He did it to show her he was serious he would have to shoot her if she continued. After gaining his footing he forced Isobel back away from her and retook his aim. "Give me my pistol," he said to Isobel.

Isobel jumped at the shot and was on her feet instantly. Hunter was so brusque towards Rae now, amd though she probably should've been also, Isobel couldn't help her desire to do what she could to help Rae. She held his gun out to him, handle first. After he takes it, she crosses her arms and leans back against the wall. "We can't just treat her like she's never been our friend." Well, maybe Hunter could, but Isobel tended to act first and think later.

Rae heard the gun shot, she growled annoyed. Why were these people treating her like this. " Fine then, I won't say where Sarge is.. I won't tell you what he's got.. But trust me, once he does it, me and Flyer girls life are gonna change. " Her emerald eyes had darken in color since she was mad. " Shot me, I'll just get over it. You might be charged with being a murder to an innocent girl who everyone knows where I live. When the people who love me figure out I'm dead, they will come after you. " Her hands dig into the dirt as she trys and controls her anger.

"Nice lie," Hunter said flatly. "You know where I work, I would never go to jail for putting down an enemy, especially reluctantly. Nobody would know who I am, where you went. Heck, you broke out of a hospital!" There was a cruelty in Hunter's voice. He had had it. "Innocent?" He continued, "you've killed dozens since I met you, and more at the hospital, some of whom were just doing a job they didn't know was bad. So go ahead and refrain from telling me anything, because after your little word charade I know it's all a lie." His voice had grown to a yell, which was only drowned by the sound of a helicopter landing.

He looked up at Isobel, one of his people confirming that they landed over the coms. "Get in the chopper." He did not ask, he demanded. He ignored her words before. He was pissed at this situation. He shot Rae with the last dart and grabbed her by the collar of her shirt, dragging her out.

There, one of the same choppers that rescued them was stationed, three men armored like Hunter creating a perimeter. Hunter dragged the girl into the chopper and put her in restraints. The men filed in and the rotor started turning as the door closed.

What did she mean, my life's gonna change? She couldn't stand having people mess with her life and thinking they could control it. She'd had enough of it and she just wanted to go to a home that didn't exist. She sighed.

Isobel looked outside when the chopper landed, as if she could really see it. His friends had gotten here fast. She felt a little relieved when she passed by the men getting out to set up a perimeter. She'd been expecting Sarge to come back at any moment. "Are they going to go after Sarge?" She yelled over the motor's noise to Hunter.

Hunter nodded. "We can interrogate as soon as we get our target to a secure location."

"Alright." She yelled back over the noise, then fell silent feeling like she was going to yell her lungs out if she kept trying to talk. Silence is like a breeding ground for thinking though and Rae's words kept going around and around her head.

Rae felt useless as she was shot again. Her head was pounding as she started getting a few signals.

Sarge was beginning his escape as he ran off into the woods. He carried a bag, which contained formulas, papers, explosive weapons, and other stuff. He ran towards he was near the city. Once there he walked into a hospital, out of breathe. He made his way up the stairs and knocked on a room. " Sir, I think you need to see this. " He walks in, a shadowy figure sitting in front of him. He pushes his bag towards him. " Two mutts found with a guy. " He says taking a seat as the guy reads over all the papers carefully. " The DNA from the girl I got is mixed up. The whole code seems to be different. "

As the party took off back to the hospital, for it's less hospitable purpose, Hunter glared at Rae from where he stood holding onto the rails that ran along the alloy ceiling. "You just love causing messes don't you?" Unlike most times Hunter wore his suit, his helmet was off and laid on the seat next to where he stood. He didn't wait for his rhetorical question to be answered before turning to face Isobel and inquiring about what happened in there.

Rae slowly began to wake up, her head pounding. She moved slightly, her body was getting used to the darts. She pushed herself up, but her arms gave up. She hit the ground and grunted. " What the hell did you to me human.. " She coughed, her throat dry. She looked around, signaling for something. " Water? " She said, coughing again.

The noise of the helicopter was almost muted inside it's hold. Hunter looked at Rae when she stirred and pushed her over with his foot. "Don't try getting up, your wrists are still bound." He sounded disgusted as he spoke to her.

Beside Hunter sat another Custodian. "Didn't we just help save this one?" He asked, directing the comment at Rae, not realizing Isobel was also there.

Hunter nodded, "sadly."

Rae growled loudly, her emerald eyes looked at him. Had she lost all her feelings for this man? " Hunter Boy... You don't have to treat me like I'm nothing. " She said, trying to move her hands, put was chained. She growled ever so loudly and then settled down. She coughed again, her body not used to the amount of darts he had injected into her. She moved around and then sat there. She leaned her head back on the wall. " This is hell you know that, I could be having a normal conversation with you, but instead I'm restricted. "

Rae moved her legs and then closed her emerald eyes. She breathed in deeply, using her aura. She laughed a bit, " Hunter, you don't have to treat me like I just murdered your best friend. I didn't, do you not realize that I'm still a person? If you would kindly let me go, before something bad happens... You would be saving peoples lives that are on this plane. " She said, looking at him now. Her emerald eyes looked at him, resembling her old self. She moved her hand, a green aura coming from it. " Please.. Let me go. "

That heart string Rae was trying to tug on was not there at the moment. Like some, he turned off emotions when the mission demanded it, like this one did. He felt no pity for the girl, nor any feelings he had a hint of in the past, after what she had been doing, there really weren't any anyways.

The chopper flew over the wall and into the hospitals domain, settling down right in front of the doors they had gone in and out of not too long ago. "You want to be let go!?" He drew his sword from his back and brought it down, "fine!" The blade severed the tied, freeing Rae as Hunter booted her out of the chopper and into the sights of the dozen other Custodians, all armored up and fanned out in front of them.

"Let's get you to interogation," he said. As he exited, grabbed Rae's arm, he looked back at Isobel. "If you want to watch you can come, or you can let them make sure Rae's goon's didn't do anything to you." This girl pulled off the biggest scheme I've ever been caught up in. Pretending to be in distress! We'll have to up security and checks.

Rae stopped angry by the man. " I can walk on my damn own! " She yelled at Hunter, almost wanting to punch him. She breathed in slightly, trying to tug her arm free from the man. " Hunter, I'm not a damn crazy witch. " She said walking. She stopped walking, sensing something. " Stop.. " She said, her expert hearing kicking into action. " We aren't alone. " She said, then her hand went to her head, " Ah! " she said in pain. " Get me out of here. "

Sarge and the old man were at the lab, testing new things. " If we inject this test tub into some of the samples, there should be a change. " They started to inject the samples with different stuff. He then grabbed some other stuff, " These are test from a hybrid. " He stated as they started performing different kinds of tests.

Isobel blocked out their harsh words. Hunter was pissed, and for good reason. Rae wanted to be let out, but she had just attacked her friends moments ago. She tried consoling herself, saying that it wasn't her fault, it was Sarge's. The fact still remained, however, that Rae was dangerous to them. "I'll go get myself checked out." She said quietly and walked into the hospital. She shudder red to think that they may have slipped something in or on her while she was at the lab.

The man that had spoken to Hunter handed him his helmet as Rae started telling him of her pain, which he ignored. Hunter took the helmet and put it on, locking it into place. "C'mon. Lets get going," he grumbled. Without loosening or releasing his grip on Rae's arm, he started forward, even if it meant half dragging her with the quick pace he walked at. The men parted to allow him to escort her into the building, although they did follow with drawn guns. Once they were inside the helicopter took off back to it's original destination.

A few twists and turns later Hunter opened a thick metal door that revealed a room that had a metal desk that was welded to the floor. The chairs too, ran along a track that was welded to the floor, allowing them to slide in and out but not be lifted up.

"Sit," he told her.

As soon as Isobel entered Allyson greeted her. "Are you okay?" The question was sincere. Two nurses, one male and one female, also met her, ready to assist her with anything she needed.

Rae was fighting her pain inside. Her head was pounding and she was in pain, so she didn't realize that she was being dragged. Her emerald eyes stared at the ground. " Hunter stop! Your hurting me! " Her arm burned as he squeezed. She looked around the room and sat down in the chairs. They weren't comfortable, but she didn't care. She looked at him. " What have you done to me? " She said, tears coming from her eyes. " Since you have been near me, somethings wrong. "

I'm tired, emotionally spent, and always having to question just who is or isn't my friend. She didn't say this though, instead, Label shrugged. "I just came back from some whack job's lab, and he may or may not have planted some drug or manipulative in me. I just want to make sure he didn't."

"Hurt you!? HURT YOU!? You tried to kill me, so shut up and be seated." When she sat, he removed his helmet and gave her a sideways look. "So I'm responsible for you're problems now? What do you mean by that? I thought you were all personal problems and mommy issues. I didn't know I was one of them." He rolled his eyes.

Alyssa nodded to Isobel's comment. "Go with them, they'll make sure everything's okay." She nodded at the two nurses and they ushered Isobel into a room so they could do whatever tests she gave them permission to do in order to make sure she was exactly the way she was when she left.
