Henry smoked as he leaned against a wall.
Amaya sighed as she walked. Her dark red hair fell over her shoulders and down her back. Her black eyes watched people pass by her. She was wearing a grey short sleeved shirt and jean pants with a rugged brown bag over her shoulder. Just as she passed by Henry, someone bumped into her, making the bag and the metal parts inside fall. She huffed as the person hurried away and crouched, grabbing the bag and beginning to gather the items.
Henry noticed her as he was looking around him. He was bored and there was nothing for him to do. The day was cold and he was tired. "Would you like help with that?" he asked seeing an opportunity to do something.
Amaaya looked up and blushed a little." Yes please if it doesn't bother you." She smiled shyly up at him. She was surprised that he wanted to help her.
He helped her.
After they were finished, Amaya stood up and put her bag back on her shoulder. She smiled at him." Thank you so much."
"Your welcome"
She held out her hand." Amaya Amory at your service." Her smile was soft and gentle.
He shook her hand. It's been a while since he met anyone who 'nice' in this city. "My name is Henry Lynch"
"Please to meet you, Henry." She nodded once in greeting." Sorry for bothering you."
"Its okay" he replied.
She let go of his hand." Now if you please excuse me, I need to head to work before thenothers end up blowing something up." She laughed a little.
He nodded "okay, bye"
She walked past him, making sure to wave at him before turning the corner.
He gave a quick smile just for her.
The whole day, Amaya stayed busy. The shop closed at almost 7:00 at night as she locked the shop up. She yawned and stretched as she walked down the sidewalk. She hadn't eaten dinner yet so she planed on stopping by a cafe for something quick.
Henry was walking home as it was getting late. At this time of night it was quite dangerous.
Amaya sighed as she scratched her head. She took her normal route to the cafe, making sure to keep her guard up.
He noticed a gang in a driveway as he was walking.
Amaya stopped in front of the cafe and sighed. All of a sudden she had a bad feelign and didn't feel hungry anymore. She huffed and pushed her fingers through her hair.
