Hark! The Herald Angels Sing -Neil Diamond

Straight No Chaser is awesome. I love them. I can't remember which song, but I love them.

I know some people absolutely hate this one, but I've always thought it was funny....

My fav D:
I have a looooong list, I really love Christmas songs (:

We have calendar tv shows running every Christmas, like an advent calendar, but just as a tv show with a new episode each day until the 24th of December. Most are made for kids (A new one is made each year), but there are some made for adults and some made for the youngest kids. The regular ones always have great songs, and then there’s one made for adults where the “fun” is that the elf’s are mixing the danish and english language. That one has some of my favorite songs as well, like these:
“It’s hard to be a nissemand”:
https://youtu.be/kdsrKXCOFrw, “Støvledance”: https://youtu.be/Lhka0pjBzAQ
“knokkel pukkel man”: https://youtu.be/OEMZ32dl9M8

Then last Christmas by Wham! Is always a hit (: same goes for all I want for Christmas (:

Of the more “traditional“ songs I really like:
O come all ye faithful
Away in a manger
Mary Boy Child
Once in royal David’s city
And then some danish ones (:
"What Child is this
Who laid to rest
On Mary's lap is sleeping?
Whom Angels greet with anthems sweet,
While shepherds watch are keeping?

This, this is Christ the King,
Whom shepherds guard and Angels sing..."

^^ That one.

The version where it's a whole chorus of people singing. It's quite pretty.

You know, it wasn't until I went to a Renaissance festival that I knew that the melody for this song was originally a little song called "Greensleeves." Lol
