The Land of Galdoa lies alone in the middle of the Vourukasha Sea, but is home to some of the oddest and fascinating stories. The City of Asha is one such, standing tall on a lone island in the middle of the Bay of St Bahram. Some pass through to their next journey, while others decide to stay and live within it's majestic walls, to explore the wonders of the city and the surrounding land, to spread stories of their noble heroics of cunning deeds.
But never before has Galdoa faced such dark times. A second moon has appeared over the skies of the globe of Talanok. Angels of fire, Adardozahk Seraphs rain down from the heavens, spreading chaos and destruction wherever they can be found. A group of uncommon individuals will bond together and combat the threat, to initiate the first independent defense organization; The Guardians of Galdoa.

Industrial revolution
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romance is expected but not required, and will be accompanied by other plot.
