It's been like a year or maybe two since I last used RPR. Anyone please tell me how I can delete an old character file and make a new one. Sorry for inconveniencing you!

Just about everything needed to know is here under Creating and Editing Characters.
To delete a character go into that first 'Edit Character' page and the delete link is at the bottom right of the page under the 'Print' function.
