So this is pretty simple, just include an 'other' box when you are giving someone Kudos, and let them write in what is unique or amazing about them! Not all writers may fall into the specified boxes that are set aside for Kudos, and I think it would be a neat idea to have any qualities that may apply, not just specific ones.

It sounds like an okay idea, but people might use that to write something mean or offensive
Just write it in the actual kudos box?
