I need help uploading pics from pinterest

So, I'm not super familiar with the gallery itself. But, when I use photos in the BBCode, I usually upload pictures to a personal discord server or to my private Imgur account so I can copy the image address without uploading someone else's work to my public accounts anywhere.

I just need a bbcode as an example, that's all I need. Thanks
