Okay, so basically, imagine after Weirdmaggedon, Y/C(s) come to Gravity Falls when maybe your family wanted to leave the city or something. Whatever happened, Y/C(s) and their family moved to the small town in summer. This would be when Dipper and Mabel Pines return for the summer as well, so perhaps they can be some of the first people Y/C(s) meets.
So, since this is a Gravity Falls AU, there will, of course, be mystery and adventure. However...

Gideon Gleeful realized that he needed the triangular demon back... to deal with more important matters like...
Combining the multi-verses... I would play as Bill (sorry not sorry ) and Y/C(s), Dipper, Mabel, and the whole gang must go up against him once more, but this time it's more... interesting. Bill may try to redeem himself, tricking their minds...?
(P.S. I put romance as a possible plot in case you want Y/C(s) shipped with anyone. I will make it so Bill is able to turn into a human form due to his newly enhanced powers, so you can even ship with him if you want...)

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is slightly desired, but the overall plot is more important.
