"That makes sense. The Ultramarines apparently uncovered a Necron tomb on Demerium. But still, he's got a lot of nerve going there, since it's also an Imperial burial world. If he wants to desecrate the resting place of those who gave their lives for the Imperium, he's gonna have to answer to us. I will muster as much manpower that the White Consuls can spare, and we will make him pay for his actions against all of us."

She slowly stand up and stride right to the marines "I have one request. You excluded Dreal from this, do not let him join you." Her mood shifted "I will not lose him. If I find out you let him tag along after that phycopath and he is hurt in any way, I will hunt you down and not even your brothers can save you from that, do make myself clear?" She had used levitation to meet them eye to eye

He spun a small ball of green light from outside this plane of existence, and sent it into the bar, speaking from it "the lost woman fears for her boy toy? How adorable. He will come, because he knows I will not stop...but..I do have one question Thyra...where is my son?"

"Understood, ma'am. I swear upon my soul I will do all I can to keep him from this conflict."

She nodded in satisfaction before turning and waving her hand, weaving spirit and fire to surround the green orb, the weave slowly tightens "as for you Tamaran...he is not your son, nor am I your wife, know that Drael is more of a man than you'll ever be" then she closes her hand into a fist,causing the weave to suddenly crush and shatter the orb

A rage fill scream filled the air but faded as his magic dissipates a two words come through "your mine" then his magic dissipates completely

"He will pay for his desecration of an Imperial burial world, I swear by the Golden Throne of Terra."

She went back to sitting in-between her husband and daughter contentedly "one things that does trouble me, is his change of magic, that stuff I've never seen before. He used to weave spells and patterns like I do. The green is new as well"

An ancient species of xenos known as the Necrons, a race that traded their flesh and blood bodies for immortal steel at the cost of their souls, have technology like this that can manipulate the fabric of space. The Pariah Nexus is an example of what their technology is capable of, with the blackstone pylons they have seeded across that sector creating an effect that isolates it completely from the Warp, causing a draining miasma to permeate the entire region."

"I am not familiar with that race. Their trade sounds...foolish"

"Their technology is quite advanced, but we know little about it or them. What we do know is that billions of years ago, at the end of their empire, the Necrons entered stasis in underground tombs on many worlds. Tamaran wanted to fight on Demerium, which is one such world, so it stands to reason that he acquired Necron technology from the dynasty that slumbers beneath the surface. However, Demerium is also a burial world, home to the final resting places of thousands of noble souls who gave their lives for the Imperium. For him to desecrate such a sacred planet, he will pay in blood."

"I shall gladly hand-deliver his skull to the Emperor for his disrespect.

Now coming out of hiding, he climbed down the chimney covered in soot and ash and sat down. With a sigh he shook himself shaking most of the soot and ash off of his self "thank you for not giving me away"

Fumizuki stares in bewilderment. "How long you been in there, brother?"

"A few days I think? Saw the sun a few times..I..I was scared"

"You don't need to be scared anymore. We will deal with this threat."

"..you promise?" Onyx took out a brush and start to brush out the rest of the soot from his fur

Already grabbing a broom and sweeping up the spot from the floor "maybe ask your mother or father or uncle where to hide next time. He could've found you easy there"

"Yes, I do." Messinius taps his fist against his chest plate in salute.
