I have an insane love for crossovers. I like taking Master Chief and the Arbiter, and sticking them into the middle of a battle between the Reapers and the Alliance, I like to take the Green Lantern Corps and throw it into the Star Wars universe to see how that would work. I looked up crossover groups in the group search, but I only found one group for a cross over, which was TF2 crossed with The Walking Dead. Needless to say that's not what I was looking for.

What I really want to know is if anyone at all would have any interest in a Cross over group. I'd love to have one going so I can use all of my characters in one RP. The group would be set in a universe that would cover all genres, having worlds with advanced futuristic sci-fi tech, and realms of magic and elves, or massive victorian cities with steam powered mechanations. All characters(OC's, FC's, Official Characters, etc.) are welcome. So do I have any takers?

Sweet welp there's one person . Figure it wouldn't hurt to try and plan the universe out a bit. So I was thinking that the universe drags people from else where in. Perhaps some god-like being created it, but ran out of energy/creativity to populate his universe so he 'borrowed' people from other universes?

How well could adding a Pokemon Trainer to the mix turn out?

I figure it would be cool. Like I said, all characters are welcome

Why not I could have a go. My ocd will go crazy depending on what we do but screw it. As you may have seen from other posts I will be busy the next 3-4 weeks but why not. If you could go ahead and give some more details (Or if we discus them more) I would consider my options.

Well I could use some opinions on the origin of the universe used in the RP.

Well if we could decide on some core genre's that would be useful. So like horror, sci-fi and adventure or something.

Wait I also had an idea that since Connan suggested pokemon we could do a super smash bros style thing?

Well a super smash bros type thing was sort of what I had in mind Maybe have it be a Sci-Fantasy setting? For example, the setting would involve aliens, space travel, advanced tech along with magic, kingdoms, dragons. Could that work?

Personally it makes me think of warhammer 40K with 'magic' and science. We could have it with more original characters or things. So maybe magic is like in warhammer is given through a parallel universe seeping through to certain people.

Eh I think we could service with jus magic. Maybe it's fueled by life force?

Hopefully all it needs is a bit of time turned off. I'll prolly ask for a new laptop for christmas. This would be like the fifth time it's been reformatted since I got it.


Anyways, so we got a Sci-Fantasy setting. Do you think the rp should have a central plot?

A central plot will give people something to focus on and do, so I say it should. War tends to make things happen. Or if we don't want a war, what about a big-deal cultural event, like a super-crossover Olympics or something?

Well IDK about a large sporting event. Really not a sports person and a story centered around sports would kinda disinterest me. Of all the story ideas to come up in my head a war scenario seems to be the most possible. I know for a fact I'm going to be using all of my characters, a few of which are members of factions that are looking to take more territory(The decepticons, Dominion, and I'm sure I have a few other factions) and should someone bring in say, Count Dooku or Sinestro there's no doubt they'd be looking for more power and control.

One idea that just crossed my mind is maybe the multiple characters are trying to work out government between each other to keep the peace?

I am in. I could use the good general for this. That would also imply I use Dooku and the other separatists. Is everyone ok with this?

I'm fine with that. So there's atleast three people(Four counting a friend). Think we should make the group now? Or should we wait for a while longer to see if anyone shows any interest?
