Oops! My bad Lance, but you would be an epic Gyrados.
As for pokemon rp I'm totally up for it in anyway shape or form!
It's fine Rubix. Truthfully I probally woulda made a Gyarados one anyways. I feel I can preform the actions of it better than that of a Houndoom anyways. Mainly cause Gyarados was my fab from the originals before Houndoom came into existence. OR! I could go uber epic and make Mewtwo.
We had one going, but it kinda died. I think it was my fault. XP I only like RPs wherein I play a trainer and I kinda follow the canon of the TV show, since it was so innocent and fun and stuff happened, and I like that kind of RP. I'd definitely join another one if one got started up.

Does everyone have to be Gijinka? If so I'm out, I don't get on much and don't have time to make a NEW character for it. So here's the dealio, I want to present the idea of Team Omega to you; my original intent was to be part of a truly international more classic pokemon story, but whatever works.

Essentially, Vicks has studied the various forms of evolution: Happiness, environment, stones and basic levels. Well, levels just dictate they're getting older and stronger. Happiness is still a partial mystery to him, with varying theories about the biological effect of positive hormones and emotions on the creatures. Both stones and location boil down to the theory that some sort of collective catalyst once touched pokemon, or perhaps still does. In the theory that evolution stones are all broken pieces of a much larger material, stone, or something of similar origin, Vicks seeks out the true "primal stone" in an attempt to force grander scales of evolution. Finding a small shard of what he theorized was this stone, he almost made a successful test out of "Dodra". Even though he was ejected for the result, Giovanni and his people thought they could accomplish it better--combining the original DNA of Mew, origin of Pokemon, and the stone for the contained effect of Mewtwo.
And we all know how that went.
Of course, Vicks and most anyone else has no idea that Mewtwo's catastrophe was tied to his old work. As far as he knew, he only had a few failed projects due to being understudied. He seeks to rectify that.
They continually seek out ancient, otherworldly, or otherwise unusual Pokemon--whether rightfully theirs or not. Also you can see how their affairs can get out of hand.

After a battle, she willingly chose to hit the switch and let him continue through to crush the rest of the operation while she headed on to her own ventures. Later explained, she retrieved her Snorlax and went on her way, knowing only a husk of Rocket was left with wanna-be impersonators pulling the strings at the mainland to no avail and with little direction.
The ambitions of the Rockets seemed selfish and greedy at best to the young visionary. She could only step out of her position without fear of retribution by following another former member named Vicks, a scientist once labeled insane even by the outlandish likes of Giovanni. His idea of the origin of evolution, and obtaining final forms, was beyond dangerous. The first "successful" experiment involved an out-of-control evolution of Dodrio aptly named Dodra. It raged, destroyed much of the facilities, and escaped. It ultimately resulted in his being forcefully ejected from the wing of the infiltrated Silph Co Giovanni had pointedly planted him in, and from Team Rocket.
Wadj sought out Vicks, and became his right hand. As the Rockets and other groups disbanded, they collected the lost and confused who still sought leadership, establishing the underground group Team Omega. Galactic afforded studies of energy, and rocket of vibrations and radio waves and other stimuli, and Aqua and Magma the fundamental tie of certain legends into the very force of nature and the planet. The new colors are simple: black and gold, the latter usually in trim, hems, and an unobtrusive "omega" letter.

Her Clefable often wanders alongside her. Snorlax is kept snugly in a Pokeball, lest she never be moved. She always brings a total of six Pokemon, but rarely brandishes all of them. Her interests are in the evolution of Pokemon by reverting to their truest, primal states and origins, not beating a bunch of kids silly. She learned her lesson with Red.
Wadj is a relatively tall and slim girl. The length of her hair, past her knees, displays her time gone from the rockets--and even her time with them. The long red locks still split into two streamers naturally as per the female rocket cut that was typically considered part of uniform. Now, it gives a distinctive flare, and its hearty red compliment the black jacket, leather pants, and gloves she wears, all trimmed in omega gold, gloves each backed with the emblem.

It evolved after Vicks found it a moon stone, cementing her allegiance to the new idea of Omega.

Taking advantage of the division in the group, she reclaimed it and left (age 23).

On the flipside, it's the result of an evolution experiment; don't worry, it's an existing Pokemon, it just was forced to evolve early and has... temperament and control problems; still, Aerodactyl makes good use of its abilities when alongside.. Yeah, I'm being a mysterious d!ck. A look at the moveset might hint, though.
