My character has the same name as other people and I want to change the name by adding a last name so that my character can be distinguished from the others. I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone help?
go to your dashboard and click on the pencil beside the character and go the character's public profile and then click more character settings

An even shorter route is to go to the dashboard, click the pencil icon next to the character's name, and then go to "Settings" from that page (it's the icon that looks like gears)
