I know that I can start my own role play, but I don't know where to go to do so. Can someone please help with this?

Hey again! You can go about this a couple of different ways.

You can post what is basically a "want ad" to find players to play with in the Looking for RP forum. Alternatively, you can use the RP Finder to look for an existing game request or create your own and it will be automatically posted in LFRP.

Some people also decide to post a straight up starter in any of the public RP forums: General RP, Fantasy RP and Sci-Fi RP!

There are also groups dedicated to roleplaying, you can browse groups here and if you find one you like, you can check up on their rules and registration process and join.

Sometimes people prefer to RP in private messages, usually after pursuing one of the "want ads". You can always send a player or character a PM asking if they'd like to RP. (Sending someone a starter RP post without asking if they're interested first is generally discouraged unless the player specifically mentions it's okay.)
