You might be wondering, why is a dragon hybrid unconscious in a crater...or even why one is in the lower world. One hasn't come down in over 5000 years. Well, i'll tell ya; I am here to find something...something very powerful. Ya see, I was minding my own business, going to my temple from a sparring session I had with a dragon knight friend of mine. Then bam, I find a military advisor stealing the elemental staff. I couldn't rightfully let him steal it. I mean, it can control all of the elemental forces and only a priestess that is trained in how to use it is allowed to weird it to help both the upper world and the lower one. Well, I stopped him the problem is...I kind of lost and...hehe ended up breaking the staff when I fell from the cloud banks. Turns out, someone who is highly trained in how to kick tail tends to win fights when against a mediocre fighter...who knew? Now that i'm here, I have to get all of the elemental gems and go back to the upper world to bring them back and make a new staff...if only it's going to be that simple...

Is this going to be group based?

Oc-yeah, anthros are allowed and it is group based. My thought was more they used the gem they're attached to the more they transform into a dragon, the same color and breathe the element.

Oc-just tell me which of the elements you want and then you can post freely.

Oc-fire, water, air, earth, lightning and shadow. Since, my character is trained to wield the staff she can use a little of each element(that way, she isn't op.)

Onyx for you Werren

It was a mostly normal day in the "lower world", as it was sometimes called; skies were clear, grass was green. I was just walking along a small road, minding my own business. Nobody paid me any attention, which was exactly what I wanted. It wasn't too long before they learned to watch out for me. In a few villages, I was a known thief- I walked into marketplaces, picked something up, left. It always goes smoothly the first few times before they realize I'm not actually paying for this stuff and chase me out. They don't like me much. (Then again, nobody really does. I'm all good with it.) That kind of ends my time in that area, because I'm pretty noticeable. How many talking lizards do you meet on a daily basis? Anyways, that has nothing to do with this at all. So I'm walking down this road, looking out for danger and just living my life when I see a stone lying there on the ground. Just...lying there. It looked like one of those pretty amethysts I'm always seeing in jewelry shops (which I don't touch, by the way). Maybe it dropped off someone's shirt, or from their pockets, or something else. I picked it up, of course- it could fetch a nice sum if I would decide to sell it, or a good reward if I returned it to whomever was probably looking for this little bauble. So off I went, stone in pocket. I felt kind of...uneasy with it, but I overlooked it. I probably shouldn't have.

The amethyst was carved to look like a tiger head and would fit into her staff...that would have to be repaired; landing on it and the fight didn't help the sanguine looking staff.

Chu'si got up and said, "oww, why couldn't I land in a softer piece of dirt..." she stopped herself, realizing that she had said 'dirt' instead of 'cloud'. She said looking around, "oh no, no no no...I am so dead...I can't be down here...and oh no....it's broken...the high priestess is going to kill me. Alright, calm down...all you have to do is fix it and find the seven...no, six gems. Oh thank Anzu that the spirit gem is still there." She grabbed the three pieces before starting to use her breath to try to fix it.

I was a little bit farther down the road when I pulled out the stone again, looking it over. It was carved to look like some kind of cat, and it was kind of pretty- if I had need of something like that, I would keep it. It also gave me a weird feeling when I held it in a claw- like if it was enchanted or something. The chances of finding an enchanted stone were extremely low, so I just decided that it was me feeling weird and nothing was actually wrong here. Slipping it back into my pocket, I read a nearby signpost. Two villages- well, I did have to pick one, didn't I? I went down the left path, hoping that the owner would be nearby.

She was trying to fix the staff and after a few hours she did. Part of it glowed and she said, "ok, it's this way..."

A few people in the village were gossiping about what happened last night. They saw a falling rock or something and what looked like six different colored streams of light go to different directions.
