Sarah Vuldux kept her eyes focused on the mirror in front of her, sweat dripping from her forehead and her eyes sore and her hair was tied tightly in a bun as her torn jeans stuck tightly to her skin and her crop top twirled as she twirled too. The others girls had the same hair and wore the same clothes. However, she stood out for the rest. Not for her skills, but for what covered her skin.
White bandaids littered her soft, tan skin. There was one on the left side of her jaw and another on her nose. She had bandages on her arms, and bandaids littered through the rips of her jeans. She had a large bandaid on her side stomach, and her eyes looked dull and tired.
Suddenly, the door slams open and it startles all of the girls within the dance team. The teacher claps with a devilish smirk on her face. "Girls, meet your partners for the next competition!"
They all looked over to the boy group, which included Y/C. Sarah and Y/C's eyes meet, and something sparks. However, it's cut short as its announced that there will be a pair dance. And the teacher calls out the pairs.
"Sarah and Y/C are one pair."
