I have come to a realisation this week,
I am a world builder; I love the idea of a community being able to immerse themselves in a world of fantasy and imagination, in which either I or myself and a group of people have created. The idea makes me smile and gets me excited. And so a year ago next week, I started a project I now call The Desolate Empire. However...
It's been a year, and while I've been experimenting with ideas, nothing has actually gotten done because... well, life and all the mental issues I've been having as of recent,
So, I have decided to assemble a small team of people to help me; because there's no way I will finish this world fully and properly by myself.
I don't want to ask for much; All I ask for are people who have a large imagination while having a vast amount of knowledge and logic to incorporate within the lore and the world. I need people who have enough time to contribute a large amount of input, or even a small amount. Honestly, it's not a purely stuck-up topic or project. I would like people who know how to joke around and keep spirit and motivation high; but not to the point where no work gets completed and it's just a huge bum. Y'know?

(LANDSCAPE) ARTISTS; I am in need of individuals who are able to create detailed landscape images based off of pre-made descriptions which can be used to display the world in all of it's glory. May also be asked to create basic map images of each realm.
(PORTRAIT) ARTISTS; I am also in need of individuals who are able to create portraits of people based off of pre-made descriptions as well, which may also be used to show information about historical figures within The Desolate Empire.

great! I legit just woke up so I need some time to eat and get changed and actually find the motivation to do productive things. I'll span out details once that's done too-Oh and for anyone else who's into that sorta stuff, someone who's good at creating nice-looking pronounceable spoken languages would be helpful too

Ah- well, I did. But I wanted a written language (which is where Ia'nao came into play, even though the design has changed to be based slightly on runes) and a spoken language, which is what I was specifically refering to. I'd love to hear some suggestions/have some help with it, as aside from using Latin (maybe) as a base, I don't really know where to go with it.

Well, last I checked your world (when it was openly available) the names were based on Latin. So, it depends on how much your world has changed, and how it is developing, and has developed since. Culture, the layout, everything gives a feel and language should reflect that. Any way I could be privy to that information? I can help in other ways as well when I have time.
